Guarantees
We guarantee live arrival of all animals purchased from us. We further guarantee them to be healthy, properly sexed and that all snakes are feeding on frozen/thawed rodents (unless otherwise specified and agreed upon).

Shipping
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to any location inside the continental United States. We use Delta Air Cargo, DHL or FedEx, depending upon circumstances, weather and customer requests. Shipping charges are not included in the price listed for animals advertised - shipping charges usually run from $50 to $100, depending upon which shipper is used and how far away from Portland, Oregon you live. If there is a problem with your order, you must call us (do not send an email) within 24 hours of receipt of the animal so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment
We accept cashier's checks, postal money orders, personal or business checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express. In the case of checks, the animals will not be sent until our bank confirms that the check has cleared (can take up to 10 business days). We prefer not to take deposits on animals, but we will hold a specific animal for a specified period of time.
