Guarantees
We guarantee live arrival of all animals purchased from us. We further guarantee them to be healthy, properly sexed and that all snakes are feeding on frozen/thawed rodents (unless otherwise specified and agreed upon).

Shipping
We ship Monday through Thursday to any location inside the continental United States. We use Delta Air Cargo, FedEx, or UPS depending upon circumstances, weather and customer requests. We usually specify the Shipping charges in the advertisement for the animal. If not, shipping charges usually run from $75 to $125, depending upon which shipper is used and how far away from Portland, Oregon you live. If there is a problem with your order, you must call us (do not send an email) within four (4) hours of receipt of the animal so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment
We accept cashier's checks, postal money orders, personal or business checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express. In the case of checks, the animals will not be sent until our bank confirms that the check has cleared (can take up to 10 business days). If necessary, we can hold an animal for up to two weeks for a 50%, non-refundable deposit.
